All damages and claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving orders.If you don't contact us withing this time period of receiving your shipment, we will not negotiate damages or claims.

We offer a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee - starting from the day you receive the goods.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge with the exception of wedding waistcoats which subject to 30% restocking charge..  We do not refund our shipping cost. We do not refund the cost of returning the items to us. Underwears / lingerie for hygiene reasons can not be returned unless faulty.Bikinis must be returned with the gusset hygiene sticker intact.All personalised items, unless incorrect due to an error or faulty are non-returnable and non-refundable.

DIY Iron on diamante transfers can not be returnable if the package is unsealed.We will not be held liable for any damages on your garments incurred as a result of wrong application of DIY iron on diamante transfer stickers.Replacements are only issued on faulty items if unused.

You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary.If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return.
