This website has extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our servers are located behind firewalls preventing unauthorized access to our customer or transaction information. The servers hosting the website are also secure servers implementing a 128bit RSA level of security.

Simply browse the website and select the items that you would like to order. All the items you select will be placed in your shopping basket which will calculate your total order and postage costs. Please complete all your details including your name, address, email address, delivery and payment details on our secure online order form.

For personalised orders or special delivery items please include a telephone contact number in case we need to contact you to confirm your details.

We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

Due to variances in manufacturing we cannot guarantee a colour match between batches of materials such as crystals and studs. All colours indicated on our web site are as accurate as we can make them, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour reproduction on other systems and monitors.

Payment is to be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Euro,USD and YTL prices are approximate and are to be used as a guide only. Goods will be despatched once payment has been received.

· Online Payment - You can pay securely by paypal or google checkout by using our online payment system with your credit/debit card.

· Offline Payment – You can send payment to our UK Bank Account if you have an UK bank account.Details will be sent to you by email once your order is received.We accept payment only in GBP and only from UK bank accounts.

VAT will be added onto total of price and postage charge during checkout if delivery address is in UK or EU.

Delivery

Most stock items are despatched within 48 hours, but personalised items may take up to 10 working days to be  despatched. We aim to deliver personalised goods within 14 days. If we cannot accomplish this, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.On large orders please email us prior to placing your order for estimated delivery time. Speed of delivery will depend on amount of products in stock at the time of your order.

You can wash your diamante embellished garments in washing machine at max 40 degrees.Garments should be washed inside out and inside a pillow case or a washing bag. Tumble dry and dry cleaning is not recommended.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return in its orginal condition. Please contact us by email to arrange refunds/exchanges where you will be given a Return Number (RN), which you must include with your returned parcel. This helps us to process orders more quickly and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned without a RN. Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Underwear/ lingerie for hygiene reasons can not be returned unless faulty. All personalised items unless incorrect due to an error or faulty are non-returnable and non-refundable. DIY Iron on diamante transfers can not be returnable if the package is unsealed. We will not be held liable for any damages on your garments that have incurred as a result of wrong application of DIY iron on diamante transfer stickers. You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

· If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee before a credit is issued.

· If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

· Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
