Wholesale Terms

Dazzling's iron on diamante transfers and diamante embellished Dazzling branded wedding and hen party clothing (under all categories and subcategories) are available for wholesale.

If you are thinking about ordering for wholesale, we'd love to business with you. Please read our instructions for setting up an account and if you still have questions, please feel free to email us.

Please register an account on our website and sign up for a wholesale membership (it will be asking at the top of the registration form). You will receive a confirmation email once your membership is confirmed.

You get up to 40% discount on retail prices and discount amount will be deducted from total during checkout.

Minimum order amount is £250 with retail prices (you will pay only £150 when 40% discount applied on checkout) to get a wholesale discount for each order.

Postage is standart £10 for all wholesale orders.

We accept payments by credit/debit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout or you can transfer payment to our bank account (only for UK based customers).

Most stock items despatched in 48 hours.However, on occasion deliveries may be delayed or alternatively a line may be discontinued at the end of a season.Personalised orders may take up to 14 working days.

All damages and claims must be reported to us within 48 house of receiving orders.If you don't contact us withing this time period of receiving your shipment, we will not negotiate damages or claims.

Our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee.If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, first log in your account and send us a return request online.You will be informed once approved.Then please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging.Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.Underwears / lingerie for hygiene reasons can not be returned unless faulty.Bikinis must be returned with the gusset hygiene sticker intact.All personalised items, unless incorrect due to an error or faulty are non-returnable and non-refundable.

DIY Iron on diamante transfers can not be returnable if the package is unsealed.We will not be held liable for any damages on your garments incurred as a result of wrong application of DIY iron on diamante transfer stickers.Replacements are only issued on faulty items if unused.

You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary.If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our wholesale terms any time.
